WBP USA Warranty Information
WBP USA products are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase through an authorized WBP dealer or distributor. In the rare case that a customer experiences a warranty claim, WBP USA will work directly with the customer to resolve the issue. WBP Poland and WBP USA take pride in the quality of their products and will diligently address any concerns.
Warranty Exclusions:
WBP USA will not be responsible for defects or malfunctions resulting from:
- Careless handling, unauthorized adjustments, or modifications made or attempted by anyone other than WBP USA personnel.
- Disassembly beyond field stripping.
- Use of defective or improper ammunition.
- Corrosion, neglect, abuse, ordinary wear and tear, or unreasonable use.
- Criminal misuse, negligence, or use under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
If, upon receipt and inspection, it is determined that a mechanical or operational defect was caused by actions taken by the customer or an entity outside WBP USA, the warranty will be void, and WBP USA will not be responsible for repair costs or obligated to replace the firearm.
Firearm Return Instructions:
All firearms returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to ensure proper identification. Customers must submit a copy of their driver’s license and a dated bill of sale from the FFL dealer where the firearm was purchased.
Federal law allows customers to return firearms to WBP USA for service via common carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx. However, state and local firearms laws vary significantly; customers should familiarize themselves with any shipping restrictions in their jurisdiction.
This WBP USA warranty is valid starting October 1, 2024, for any firearms imported or converted by WBP USA. For warranty-related issues on firearms purchased before this date or converted by another firm, please contact the dealer from whom the product was originally purchased.
